To celebrate You Can Care Week 2022, we wanted to take the opportunity to share some stories from our wonderful CCL team members.
Ollie Stubbs
Today we are celebrating Ollie Stubbs, Support Worker at the Wheatlands. Ollie joined CCL 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back since!
Prior to working at CCL, Ollie worked in retail, and the military – impressive! After deciding her wanted a fresh start in an industry he hadn’t worked in before, he moved into the care sector.
When asking Ollie what he likes about his job, he said “Being able to empower and improve the residents quality of life in any way I can, being able to have great relationships with them and see them grow.”
