To celebrate You Can Care Week 2022, we wanted to take the opportunity to share some stories from our wonderful CCL team members.
Today we are celebrating Jo Lewis.
Jo Lewis
Today we are celebrating Jo Lewis. Jo is a Bank Support Worker and is mostly based at our Harley Road scheme. Jo initially joined CCL in 2006, leaving in 2014 and returning in 2016, so has been with CCL for a total of 14 years. Throughout her time at CCL, Jo has fulfilled the role of Bank Support Worker, Support Worker and Deputy Manager.
Prior to working at CCL, Jo worked in the retail industry in senior sales for a clothing company. She moved into care as she wanted to be in a working environment where she could help and enhance the lives of others and feel a sense of personal achievement.
On asking Jo what she likes about her role, she said “I absolutely love my job. I love that no two days are the same. The fun and joy we create as a team is a wonderful thing to me.”
