We would like to congratulate Zoe Perdue on becoming registered manager of CCL’s Welwyn scheme. After undertaking the interview with CQC, she did a fantastic job, and she is now Registered Manager under the Health & Social Care Act.
Zoe has been at CCL since September 2017, starting at our education provision at Grafton, initially. She then moved to Kynaston Farm, before moving to Welwyn where she has been for just under 18 months. On speaking to Zoe, about becoming Registered Manager of Welwyn, she said “I have done it all for the guys (residents). They’re the ones who inspire me to put in the hard work – I just do it all for them”.
Jo Mear, Director of Care & Support, said “I am very proud of Zoe. She has worked tirelessly and truly deserves the recognition”.
