St Patrick’s Day at CCL!

Our schemes have been busy today enjoying St Patrick’s day!

Church View have made leprechauns and shamrock key rings. They’ve also been smelling and tasting Guinness, which received mixed reviews!

Meanwhile, the Wheatlands have enjoyed a meal to celebrate St Patrick’s Day, starting with salmon pate and toasted bread, followed by beef and Guinness stew and finished with a green trifle for pudding! The Wheatlands have also enjoyed watching a video explaining the history of St Patrick’s day and listening to the story ‘How to catch a Leprechaun’. They also intend to try Guinness, but later on this evening. Iain is also making the most of wearing his Irish football top!

Mayfield have also been enjoying St Patrick’s Day! They started their day with a full-Irish breakfast. Swiftly followed by a party as Irish Leprechauns enjoying partaking in Irish Jigs! They’ve also enjoyed a St Patrick’s Day buffet!
