CCL’s Grafton Centre students and Opportunities Programme learners provided another spectacular performance at the Christmas Church Service, Christ Church, Bayston Hill.
The Opportunities Programme started this years service with a video of the Santa Sisters trying to locate the Narrator, Father Christmas and Head Elf for their big show performance. Once they had all been found, Opportunities learners and staff sang The Twelve Days of Christmas dressed as the song characters, which was great fun!
The Grafton students have worked hard to produce their production ‘The Grafton Grinch Stole Christmas’, which involved lots of running to save the presents from the Grinch. They also enjoyed singing All I want for Christmas is You with all the audience and ended their performance with a snowball fight!
Finally, we had the CCL Office Makaton Choir performing Jingle Bells, Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer and We Wish you a Merry Christmas, with staff members children joining in with the singing and signing on stage.
Family and friends joined us for the celebration and enjoyed drinks and mince pies – the perfect way to start Christmas!
