We are extremely excited to announce that Amy’s Eye Gaze communication aid has been purchased and is now with Amy! On behalf of Amy’s family, in particular Phil, Fran, Beth and Sally, thank you to all who donated and sponsored the ‘Shropshire 3 Peaks’ walk via Just Giving, bank transfers and cash.
Amy’s mum, Fran Llewellyn would like to pass on her many thanks: “We’ve been blown away with the efforts the team have gone to recently fundraise to secure Amy’s Eye Gaze communication aid, which is going to bring such a lot more to her life: To Laura and Becca for their brilliant work with the appeal and all the guys who supported us with the sponsored walk – and all those who’ve donated so generously. Thank you!”

Having the eye gaze is life changing for Amy and she is over the moon! She is getting into the swing of using it and when it was set up, she quickly found the feelings option and expressed how excited she was. Pictured is Amy on videocall to Laura when she first found out the eye gaze had arrived – a picture really does speak a thousand words.
Again, a huge thank you!
