We last spoke to Ellie in March 2021 when she was working as an Administration Apprenticeship at the Head Office of CCL. At that point in time she had aspirations to achieve a Level 4 in Business Administration and move into the HR Department.
Ellie completed Business Administration in Level 3 and decided to go straight into working towards her HR goals. Ellie is now working towards her CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management with the support of CCL.
CCL invest in their staff and have an ethos of ‘growing our own’. CCL believe that when you combine the passion that our staff possess with training and support, anything is possible. Ellie is testament to that with all of her hard work on her apprenticeship programme and has progressed in her job role to become the HR and Training Assistant, her dream job!
This is what Ellie said about her new role in the HR Department:
“My job allows me to express my personality every day. I love the day-to-day tasks and enjoy the problem-solving which comes with the job. You can truly accomplish something that you love and thanks to the apprenticeship opportunities at CCL I have achieved this. Being a finalist for the Employee of the Year Awards in October 2022 was such an honour so thank you for all your support”.
We want to congratulate Ellie for all her hard work and dedication to achieve her goals and her progression into the HR Department and wish her well in her management course and her future career progression with CCL.
